iBox - designed for complete beginners is a really fun but skill oriented workout involving 8 x 3-4 min rounds vs a hanging bag. You'll also dabble with footwork, Top/Bottom Bag and slow sparring drills (limited contact). Round out the session with iFlow drill of the month to challenge mobility, stability and integrate strength.

Wing Chun is as much about the mind as it is about the body, so perfect if you're not in great shape or have poor movement skills.
Our mindfulness and meditation sessions really improve posture, help you cultivate mental clarity, reduce stress, and improve focus. Through guided bio-mechanical guidance you will come to truly understand the body|mind connection, leverage and movement.
