MovMed Classes

Movement Medicine sessions bring nourishment to body (musculoskeletal), mind and soul using Mobility, Balance, intuitive Flow and Myofascial Release".

iBox Classes

iBox - designed for complete beginners is a really fun but skill oriented workout involving 8 x 3-4 min rounds vs a hanging bag. You'll also dabble with footwork, Top/Bottom Bag and slow sparring drills (limited contact). Round out the session with iFlow drill of the month to challenge mobility, stability and integrate strength.

Wing Chun Kung Fu

Wing Chun is as much about the mind as it is about the body, so perfect if you're not in great shape or have poor movement skills.

Our mindfulness and meditation sessions really improve posture, help you cultivate mental clarity, reduce stress, and improve focus. Through guided bio-mechanical guidance you will come to truly understand the body|mind connection, leverage and movement.

Wellness Through Flow - Movement Medicine for Beginners

We introduced a beginner-friendly movement program focused on foundational mobility, movement, flow, myofascial release, balance, core, nervous system and breathing techniques.

The goal was to create a welcoming environment for newcomers, helping them ease into movement with confidence.

The success of this project has empowered many to go further in their explorational journey, and experience lasting physical and mental benefits.

Move Strong prepares you to integrate strength and movement for real life & sport 'to be useful', at more of an intermediate / advanced level.

iGrapple is an extemely empowering skill based workout - a hybrid session involving: standing trapping/grappling/takedown/defense/groundwork and wrestling.
